ROA says House and Senate negotiators unofficially began reconciling H.R. 8800 and S. 4784 in mid-September; it has sent the committees a Reserve Component conference position matrix, with Duty Status Reform (addressed only in report language this year) as its top priority, and is pushing a dental readiness study for the final bill.
