Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

NDAA.AI (the “Site”) is operated by Terahertz, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy outlines our practices with respect to information collected from users who access the Site or otherwise share personal information with us. By accessing or using the Site, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information as described in this Policy.

2. Grounds for Data Collection

Processing of your personal information is necessary for the performance of our services to you, is undertaken with your consent (which you may withdraw at any time), reflects our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site, and supports our compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Information We Collect

Non-personal information: aggregated usage data and technical information transmitted by your device, such as browser type, operating system, language preference, access times, pages viewed, and interactions with Site features. This information does not identify you individually.

Personal information: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique account identifier from your Google account. We may also collect your IP address and approximate location derived from it, and any information you voluntarily provide when you contact us.

4. Google Sign-In and Firebase

Authentication on the Site is provided by Google Sign-In and processed by Firebase Authentication, services of Google LLC. When you sign in, Google shares limited profile information with us as described above; we never receive or store your Google password. Google’s handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Authentication data is stored in Firebase, which acts as our service provider, and a sign-in session token is kept in your browser’s local storage so that you remain signed in between visits.

5. How We Use Information

  • to operate the Site and provide its features, including signed-in experiences;
  • to communicate with you and provide technical or account support;
  • to notify you of updates to the Site or to legislative developments you follow;
  • to analyze usage and improve the Site’s content and features;
  • to maintain the security and integrity of the Site;
  • to comply with applicable laws and protect our legal rights.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (including browser local storage) for sign-in sessions, preferences, and statistical purposes. These may include session cookies, persistent cookies, and third-party cookies. We may use Google Analytics, which collects information such as how often users visit the Site and what pages they visit; Google’s use of this information is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. You can remove or block cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may limit some Site features, including the ability to stay signed in.

7. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • service providers that host and operate the Site’s infrastructure, including Google LLC (Firebase Hosting and Firebase Authentication);
  • our subsidiaries and affiliated companies;
  • law enforcement, courts, or other authorities where disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, to enforce our policies, or to protect against fraud, security threats, or harm to the rights of others;
  • a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, in which case the transferee will assume the rights and obligations described in this Policy.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and as required to comply with our legal obligations. Account information is retained until you delete your account or request its deletion.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard procedures and policies to safeguard the information we collect, and we require the third-party service providers we use to maintain comparable protections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@ndaa.ai. Deleting your account removes your Google-linked profile information from our authentication records. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and we will honor valid requests as required by those laws.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@ndaa.ai and we will delete it.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes become effective upon posting, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
