Section 848(a) of the William M. (Mac) Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 (10 U.S.C. 4811 note) is amended—(1)by redesignating paragraph (3) as paragraph (4); and(2)by inserting after paragraph (2) the following new paragraph:
(3) From sources described in paragraphs (1) and (2) that produce such strategic and critical materials by extracting such materials from electronic waste..
