Section 4862 of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1)by amending subsection (g) to read as follows:
(g) Exception for Commissaries, Exchanges, and Other Nonappropriated Fund InstrumentalitiesSubsection (a) does not apply to items purchased for resale purposes in commissaries, exchanges, or nonappropriated fund instrumentalities operated by the Department of Defense.;(2)by inserting after subsection (k) the following new subsection:
(l) Application to certain seafood purchases. The exceptions in subsections (c) through (h) of this section shall not apply with respect to procurement of any fish, shellfish, or seafood product..
