Sec. 144 — Evaluation for potential transfer of certain A–10 aircraft among military departments

Section 137(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118—31; 137 Stat. 174) is amended—(1)by striking by this Act or by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117—263) and inserting to the Department of Defense for any of fiscal years 2023 through 2030; and(2)by inserting to another military department or after evaluated for potential transfer.
