(a) Responsibility of Under Secretary of Defense for PolicySection 134(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1)by striking paragraph (3); and(2)by redesignating paragraphs (4) and (5) as paragraphs (3) and (4), respectively.

(b) Responsibility of Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and SustainmentSection 133b(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1)in paragraph (9) by striking and at the end;(2)in paragraph (10) by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and; and(3)by inserting after paragraph (10) the following new paragraph:(11)the responsibility for supervising and directing activities of the Department of Defense relating to export controls..
