Section 1095f
(a) (2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph:(C)In addition to the requirements under subparagraph (B), the Secretary shall waive the referral requirement in paragraph (1) in the case of a member of the armed forces serving on active duty who seeks to obtain an appointment for physical therapy provided by a licensed provider under TRICARE Prime if the provider is located in a State in which the law of that State does not require a referral for that specific appointment..
