Section 866 of title 10, United States Code (article 66 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice), is amended in subsection

(d)

(1) (B)—(1)in clause (i)—(A)by striking (i);(B)by striking may consider and inserting may not consider; and(C)by striking upon request of the accused if the accused makes a specific showing of a deficiency in proof; and(2)by striking clauses (ii) and (iii).
