Sec. 521 — Ineligibility of a national of a non-allied foreign nation to attend a Service Academy

Section 347 of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1)by redesignating subsection (d) as subsection (e); and(2)by inserting, after subsection (c), the following new subsection (d):

(d) Ineligibility of foreign nationals from certain countries

(1) A person who is a foreign national of a covered nation may not receive instruction at or otherwise attend a Service Academy pursuant to this section.

(2) In this subsection, the term covered nation has the meaning given such term in section 4872 of this title..
