Statutory text

Section 7084 of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1)by striking The Chief and inserting (a) Appointment.—The Chief; and(2)by adding at the end the following new subsection:

(b) Grade. The Chief of the Veterinary Corps of the Army, while so serving, holds the grade of brigadier general. .
