Sec. 2831 — Report on land withdrawal at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona

Statutory text
(a) In general. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Senate a report on the land withdrawal at Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona.
(b) Elements. The report required under subsection (a) shall include—(1)a description of effects on operational and testing capabilities if the land withdrawal authorization at Yuma Proving Ground were not renewed or extended; and(2)recommendations of the Secretary with respect to modifications of the land withdrawal at Yuma Proving Ground that the Secretary determines would require an Act of Congress.
