Sec. 2815 — Modification to pilot program for military construction projects to replace certain military unaccompanied housing facilities

Section 2835 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118—31; 10 USC 2821 note) is amended—(1)in subsection (a)—(A)by striking a covered military unaccompanied housing facility;(B)in paragraph (1), by striking that such Secretary determines is and inserting covered military housing facilities that such Secretary determines are; and(C)by striking paragraph (2) and inserting the following:(2)facilities in a failed or failing condition which are located within covered depots, or which are directly related to the function or activity managed through the Army Working Capital Fund.;(2)in subsection (d), by adding at the end the following new sentence: Charges for goods and services provided through a working capital fund may not include amounts necessary to recover costs of military construction projects funded under the pilot program.;(3)in subsection (f), by striking shall terminate on and all that follows through this Act and inserting shall terminate on October 1, 2032; and(4)in subsection (g)—(A)by redesignating paragraph (2) as paragraph (3); and(B)by inserting after paragraph (1) the following new paragraph (2):

(3) The term covered depot means a depot specified in paragraph (1) of section 2476(f) of title 10, United States Code..
