Section 2350q of title 10, United States Code, is amended—(1)in subsection (d), by striking The construction agent and all that follows through to execute and inserting The head of the contracting activity for the Department of Defense executing; and(2)in subsection (e), by striking construction agent designated by the Department of Defense and inserting head of the contracting activity.
