(b) (2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (Public Law 119—60) is amended—(1)in subparagraph (F), by striking the word and;(2)in subparagraph (G)(ii), by striking the period and inserting ; and; and(3)by adding the following new subparagraph:(H)risk-based policies and best practices to prevent the dissemination of information or capabilities that enable influence of entities located in China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea over the production of parts, including a preference for the use of parts produced through secure, domestic advanced manufacturing processes..
