Statutory text
Section 857(c) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public Law 117—263; 136 Stat. 2727) is amended—(1)in paragraph
(3) (A) by inserting , including any recommendations that the Comptroller General considers appropriate before the period at the end; and(2)in subsection
(c) (5) by striking the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting the date that is 12 years after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027.
