Section 1278 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (22 U.S.C. 8606 note) is amended—(1)in subsection (b)—(A)by striking paragraph (4); and(B)by redesignating paragraph (5) as paragraph (4); and(2)in subsection (g), by striking 2028 and inserting 2029.
