Sec. 1108 — Living quarter allowance for Department of Defense civilian employees with permanent duty station in Guam

Section 1102 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 (Public Law 118—31) is amended—(1)in subsection

(a) (1), by striking rent and inserting rent or mortgage payments;(2)by striking subsection (d) (relating to sunset date 3 years after the date of the enactment of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026); and(3)by redesignating subsection (c) (relating to sunset date of January 1, 2034) at the end as subsection (d).
