Section 854 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 (Public Law 118—159; 10 U.S.C. 4651 note prec.) is amended—(1)by striking The Secretary and inserting (a) In general—The Secretary;(2)by striking the People’s Republic of China and inserting a country of concern; and(3)by adding at the end the following new subsection:
(b) Country of concern defined. In this section, the term country of concern means any of the following:
(1) China.
(2) Russia.
(3) Iran.
(4) North Korea..
